After 15 years in the field of showbusiness as an dancer and artist, especially in the Hip Hop und B-Boying (Breakdance) Business, CEO and Founder of Outclass Entertainment, Boris „Jay-Roc“ Jacot, is a well-known person in the sector. After his Studies in Science of Sports and Economic and his diploma in 2003, he dedicated all his efforts and knowledge to his three passions: Dance, Music und Management. In diverse projects and companies he learned the Business side of his art by the way of „Learning by doing“. In the year 2005 he founded the firm "Outclass Entertainment" to professionalize all the processes of the game. In addition to that he wanted to create institution giving his artists a strong backbone.
